As an introduction service for setting up tradesmen to install my windows and door, they are efficient, and I liked having a year from paying my deposit, to install. It would have been much cheaper however, to have shopped around.
Regarding sales, or organising dates for survey and installation, or collecting payment (which was required instantly on completion) communication was instant.
A sales rep. visited less than one hour after my project was complete, and was extremely hard-selling for my possible next project. I paid the deposit, but cancelled within the cooling off period. Communication regarding my refund was not so instantaneous, although I did eventually receive my refund.
My windows and door are great, but this is down to the installer.

Composite doors were fitted approx 17 months ago and had no problems until
this week when the barrel of my lock fell out. I contacted Adam who made sure I could secure my door and arranged for an engineer to call first thing the following morning. Engineers were great and were in and out in no time. Excellent service. Couldn’t fault any of them.
