Excellent experience from start to finish. Glenn contacted me by email and I saved his details until our contracts were due. Was contacted my a representative called Mohammed who was pleasant, helpful and very informative, an experience I have rarely had when dealing with energy brokers in the past. As a company we get dozens of pushy energy calls a week. However Kris from Select Energy wasn't at all like that, he was professional, easy to talk to and very helpful, not at all pushy or intimidating. Kris found us a fantastic price on our energy rates. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I have been dealing with Todd Brindle to lock in a new deal for when our current utility contracts end. Todd is very proficient and professional in his approach to customers and follows up after new contracts have been signed. He was very helpful when I had problems registering our new BG contract and stayed on the phone until he was sure all steps had been completed fully.
