We've had the heating system converted from conventional to combi, plus change of all the radiators with SEP. I would like to highly recommend the company. Very professional team of engineers, clean and tidy, all rubbish collected and all done within 2 days. Thank you very much!!!

Excellent service from reporting our problem at reception and very quick call out response to our problem. Very Professional company. Richard & his Apprentice kept us informed of their arrival and diagnosed our boiler heating problem straightaway. Went above and beyond to rectify everything. Highly recommend this business to everyone. Well done SEP.

Highly recommend the services of SEP Ltd for the installation of a new boiler, professional from the outset with a very prompt service to provide us with both hot water and heating after two working days of accepting their quote.. The fitters, Andy, Tim & Charlie were very courteous, caring about furnishings and decorations and tidied up on completion. A pleasure to have such workmen in the home!

Excellent service from start to finish. I rang in the morning to say I had no heating and hot water. Richard came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. A part for the boiler needed to be ordered but Richard came back the next day to fit it. I felt really lucky to have been recommended such an excellent company offering a 5 star service. My boiler is now working perfectly again. I will definitely be recommending SEP Ltd.

Totally reliable company, the staff are always cheerful and helpful. All work is carried out with as little disruption as possible and all clean and tidy when they leave. They have fitted a new boiler, installed an aircon unit and carry out yearly boiler checks. The inform us when the yearly checks are due both for our home and our rental property which is very helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough
