Avoid This Company!!!

Booked to replace an electric shower (like for like)

Cancelled my appointment when they were due to arrive and moved to another day

I requested in advance for the shower switch to be replaced. They charged me an hour’s labour to go out and purchase the switch - £90

The engineer could only partially fit the shower and told me there was a manufacturing fault with the product. I ended up finishing the job myself with no issues with the product.

Quoted for 2 hours and charged for 4. The additional hours were down to the incompetence of the engineer who couldn't even complete the work

A rusty Stanley knife was left on the floor

Zero customer service, I ended up disputing with my credit card.
£400 for a half-installed shower is disgusting

Great service - turned up and persevered with a job that was trickier than expected - had to return the next day to complete. Only issue was job was initially booked for one hour to install two fan lights which would have taken longer without the hiccup so maybe those booking need to ask more questions or know what is involved in a job

We called this company on Friday morning and Luke came out within the hour!! Great fast service and very knowledgable. Made us feel very at ease. Luke's diagnostic approach saved us a lot of time and money. Will use again and highly recommend to all.

Electrical Inspection Booked between 12 -5pm today.
Called twice for rough idea on eta.
No reply and no call or even a message back
then didn't turn up to do the job.
So, thanks for wasting 5hrs of my time.
Disgraceful.
Stay away people.

I called Sergo this morning and the response was instance. A most helpful and pleasant engineer came round within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble and my issue was resolved. Great to know if any further issues I can contact the company again.

Avoid at all costs. We took out his service for an inspection on a house, and although he said the board needed replacing he never mentioned that the house needed rewiring, even though we asked about the wires.

It turns out we now have to rewire the house we bought based in part on his report, which wasn't even finished to the normal standard, according to the words of two other electricians.

Now looking at what we can do to claim compensation for the work we now need to do.

AVOID ! Had my fusebox changed by these guys what a shambles Luke takes your money then does not communicate with you very poor service. Had to get another electrician out to complete it as it was left in a dangerous condition.

But of a bad start, 1st engineer failed to turn up ( car issues). But they got another guy out within the week. Who was very professional and helpful.
