Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have 4 counterfort drains on my land that are broken! There are reservoirs above & when they overflow the water then comes down onto my land the pipes are supposed to take the water away but instead it just puddles on top of the pipes! ST didn’t even know these pipes were there until I showed them my plans all signed & stamped by ST in 1989 to maintain & up keep these drains 😂 not even been looked at in 36 years! But according to Mike Lee who is employed by ST to lie they are absolutely fine 😂

Thieves. In the past a few weeks I received tons of letters from Severn "due now" £700, £845, £808, £760, WHICH ONE IS IT!? I have been here only 2months, been paying on average £35 with meter in my previous home, my household didn't change, still the same. You charged me here £36 per month for two months, now you are sending me £808 pay now letters! How dare you a thieving company, how many innocent and naive people that can't question you have ripped off!!! Your person contacted to sort out this issue and said I owe nothing, yet since I've been still sent letters demanding money.

Well my 87 year old mom’s bill is ridiculous so I’m trying to set up so she can have a water meter fitted as she’s single and hardly uses any water at all.
I’ve tried online but I need to register her an online account. But it says she cant do this so contact the team!!!!!!!
. 90 minutes wait so far and I’m still in a queue being told it’s quick and easy online for the 1,000 th time.
Come on Severn Trent get your online services fit for purpose and/or get your telephone services also fit for purpose. Mom wants me to give up but she’s going to save at least £400

This company set up a direct debit on my bill account and we don't live near their area and our water supplier is Thames water so we told the bank that there are fraudsters working from within this company I know nothing about.

My bank investigated and saw that they are fraudulent and have now refunded the money.

Scammers are using A1 and coding to get access to our details, they then push up our bills exorbitantly and this is no coincidence, it's by design to strip us of every penny we have.

They terminated the employment of an individual who posted on their intranet a comment about the anniversary of the illegal October 7th massacre. By sacking him immediately, they have shown they side with terrorists not with those whose families were murdered.
