Matt at SGS spent a lot of time working with us to design our heat pump installation quote and get the best value, which was complicated as we were doing some renovation work which meant our requirements changed during the work. Matt was really flexible with making changes and happy to work with our builders to get it right. We've decided to delay the installation till next year but appreciated Matt being very clear and honest about the installation requirements rather than telling us what we wanted to hear to get a quick sale - I've now got confidence that when we do go for it that we'll get a system which will perform well and be much more efficient in the future.

SGS did a fantastic job installing our solar panels and battery system. It was easy to understand what they were going to do right from the outset and the whole process took just a couple of days once the date was set. Everything was well explained to us beforehand and the system is very easy to use. They are also on hand to answer any questions I've had about more technical features (like smart home integration).

I highly recommend SGS for anyone looking to have a system like this installed. They were very easy to deal with, very friendly and not pushy at all unlike some alternatives we dealt with when initially getting quotes. If we ever need anything else (likely an extra battery in the future) then we won't hesitate to contact SGS about this.

Having received quotes for solar panels plus battery from both local and national companies, SGS stood out at the early stages due to their speed of response and thoroughness in proposing a suitable system after listening to our requirements, including limiting damage to our Kent peg tiled roof during installation.
The installation of the solar panels and the GivEnergy system was well planned and undertaken by SGS employees assisted by professional roofers for installing the roof rails and panels. Within 2 days the system was installed and commissioned, allowing us to start making savings.
We are very pleased with the professional planning and installation and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SGS to others in a similar position.

SGS energy installed solar panels, a heat pump system, new pipework and radiators at my bungalow in April 2024.
The project went very smoothly, and the issues that arose were sorted out quickly. I am very pleased with my new systems.
The SGS people that worked at my house were friendly and courteous, and it was easy to contact company representatives by phone, to sort out queries.
I think my experience could have been improved if the solar panels work and the heat pump work had been managed by one person.
I wouldn't hesitate to use SGS again.

We have wanted solar panels for some time however cost has always put us off. SGS advised the cheapest prices I'd seen so we took the plunge. After receiving our quote with the data, a date for installation was arranged. What was booked for two days was reduced to one due the the efficiency of the team. The engineer went through all of the component part explaining how they worked and showing me the app.
Excellent price and great workmanship. Definitely recommend. ?

SGS have been amazing from start to finish. Jonathan handled my initial enquiry very efficiently. Quotation came quick and was very detailed. Siobhan at the office answered any questions. Sonny, who was doing the survey, was excellent. Craig, Jude, and the rest of the installation team were prompt, polite, and tidy. Installation was carried out in one day which included solar panels and a battery. Also comes with a handy app to monitor real-time consumption and what is doing what in the house. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you guys!
