What a great company and such helpful people.

I was sold a small Froling pellet boiler by a company in South West of England. Once sold they jumped ship and I was unable to get any further help of information from them.

In a bit of an awkward place with a boiler on site and no assistance I tried Shaw Renewables on the suggestion of a friend. I explained the issue that I had and Andy said that he would prepare me some specs for installation and that they would see me through the work required to have the installation commissioned. I paid for this service but not a huge amount. They made nothing on the sale of the equipment.

From that first call until today they have been available, helpful in all respects and prompt with responding. That is without exception. Dan, the engineer has always been there, Jayne and Sarah in the office have been amazing. It is a company with has a helpful and thoughtful attitude running through everything they do and everyone that works there.

I really could not recommend them enough to anyone who needs any services that they provide. I thank you all as I would have been really stuck without you.
