We have been using Shropshire Gas for nearly 12 years now, since they installed our current boiler. I have always found them to be easy to contact, helpful and to provide excellent service. We have had a service agreement with them since the manufacturers warranty expired and it is really good value for money. In recent years, we have always dealt with Mark, who truly knows his stuff. He recently carried out our annual service and as usual did a thorough job. Would highly recommend.

Shropshire Gas have serviced our boiler for a few of years now and have been excellent at keeping us trouble free . We’ve called them out twice to help with problem solving. They arrived promptly and dealt with the issue efficiently. A ‘ Thank You’ to Jack who recently helped to investigate a small glitch and put our mind at rest. Great service!

My gas boiler was serviced by Mark from Shropshire Gas this week. He did an excellent job. Very thorough, kept me informed and was very courteous. I made my payment to Elaine back at the office who was very efficient. Totally recommend Shropshire Gas. Matt (gas engineer) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check of our gas boiler. The ladies in the office were very polite also. Very easy to book a service. All in all, a smooth experience and will definitely use again.

I have been with Shropshire Gas for 5 Years now and always receive outstanding service, problems get fixed quickly and all the engineers who have been out to me are all professional, polite and nothing is too much trouble. I trust Shropshire Gas and wouldn’t use anyone else.
Ryan completed my annual service today, when he finished, he said that everything was fine and explained all the tests. Fantastic service!

My elderly gas fire developed a fault so I booked a service. Shropshire Gas gave me an appointment which suited me & on the day of service I received a reminder text & another to say when the engineer would arrive. Daniel was informative, professional & courteous throughout. He found & fixed the fault very quickly & cleaned & serviced the fire leaving it in full working order. The price was good too. Will use Shropshire Gas again.

Mark the gas engineer was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent job removing our old gas fire and permanently capping off the gas supply. He explained exactly what he had done and he was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Shropshire Gas Ltd.

Prompt response to a what I felt was an urgent issue - I had allowed water to get into my gas combi boiler! I had used Shropshire Gas for servicing purposes and Elaine in the office arranged for a visit within a few hours.

When Rob arrived he quickly assessed the situation, which wasn’t as bad I’d feared. He was courteous and informative.

I would highly recommend Shropshire Gas for servicing and any related issues.
