Avoid. Gave 30 days’ notice to cancel but they hid behind a 60-day clause. Rather than charging fairly for an extra month, they slammed us with a full extra year’s fee (£900+) for software we don’t even use. Exploitative, greedy, and utterly disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic product & service

Have been using this for a year now and it manages our visitor arrival system brilliantly. Due to security protocols in the company there are many features that we don't use sadly, but what we do use works really well for us.

On the two or three occasions I have needed to call for advice on usage, every single person I have dealt with has been great.

Was asked to find a solution to take us from an old sign in book to something a little more modern. The SignInApp became the obvious choice.

Ordered the kit on a Thursday, it came the following Tuesday.

Was very easy to set up and looks great at reception. The receptionist is set up on it and she is finding it very easy to use and adding in staff.

Everyone seems to be impressed when they receive a text that their visitor has arrived with picture included. Handy because of the size of site we have.

All around, good experience, good software.

I love the ease of use, ease of setup and overall look of the application. Customers sign in without an issue, building responsibles have fire lists on their mobile device and the app gets regular updates on a very common basis. We reported several issues and within the next small release the development team updated the app with a bunch of new additions that solved our issues. Their customer support is live chat and always gets back to us within minutes. Excellent product for an excellent competitive price.
