I needed to get more organised in my day to day activities and more importantly, to get guidance on how to get help in winning new business and achieve financial goals..

These challenges were a little overwhelming and I lacked direction. After speaking with another ‘Coach’ which was not right, I found Dave was more on my level in terms of personality and seemed to have a good understanding of what I needed quite quickly.

I wanted more direction on the businesses, order my weekly tasks and be accountable to tasks that don’t have hard deadlines.

The process was very organic and easy to adapt to Dave’s weekly guidance. We started by spending a lot of time working through my To Do list at first and now that’s clearer and I have space, we are coming to the meat and potatoes of the coaching.

It has been great having more clarity, direction and in particular knowing what's important to work on. I’m more organised in terms of tasks and direction on how to move forward with the business. I am now seeing things in a different way, especially when it comes down to approaching businesses for work.

I wasn’t sure whether Productivity and Accountability coaching was going to work for me. I was working long hours and 7 days because there’s just me and clients are very demanding and there’s no time and blah blah blah well you get the picture.

Add to that that it wasn’t actually earning me that much money either. So I knew I couldn’t go on indefinitely like that and something needed to change. I wanted to be more in control, get more done in less time and I wanted to be in a position to grow. I needed to streamline and systemise my business to enable that minor miracle to happen.
