I would like to thank Worcester for sending and recommending me contact for the ECO boiler grant. The company was Simp service's who were great in setting up a call and visiting for the work to be done. The work was completed 2 weeks ago and would like to thank Simp servcies inc Mark and i think James from Simp who installed the boiler.

There are so many companies who are involved in the ECO boiler grant but i didn't trust them, so since Worcester had this option available it was no brainer and easy to apply thru their website so thankyou Worcester and the boiler installed was fantastic exactly what was needed and thankyou Simp services for an easy service.

I had my rubbish oil heating system upgraded under the ECO4 scheme. Communication was great, and Ralph and the team organised everything efficiently. The surveyor who visited was really thorough. The team who did the actual installation work worked so hard, completing the fitting of 6 solar panels, 9 radiators, the air source heat pump and water tank in less than 3 days. They were a great bunch of human beings. And it didn't cost me a penny!

Avoid this company if you are having work done via the ECO 4 scheme. They ignore you and if you finally get hold of them they start coming up with longwinded excuses instead giving you any sort of real update. A simple boiler installation, according to them now requires solar panels and a air source heat pump etc.

Had our heating system installed under the Eco 4 scheme. Jess was brilliant from the start sorting out all the paperwork.

Cannot thank Mark and James enough. They traveled 4 plus hours and stayed away from home to make ours for the better. You guys treat every home like its your own and I hope you had a safe trip back.

Went from £3 an hour heating and a cold house to walking in from work and it's a different environment.

I have recently used simp services under the Eco 4 scheme to insulate one of my properties, they sent an amazing team of lads Gurpz, joban, zues and chamkaur, they are great to communicate with and explain each step thoroughly and have also done a fantastic job insulating each wall, loft and a great finish on the plaster work i definitely recommend this team if you use simp. Very happy thanks lads

Avoid this company if you're having any work done under the ECO4 scheme. Was promised by a guy called Ralph that communication would be excellent throughout. He was absolutely brilliant a top salesman however, found the reality is that the moment they ran into a problem he never answered the phone again. No work completed. Heading into winter without heating now. Made multiple promises over several months and the end result is I am going to have to start all over again. This time I will use a company with experience with this grant scheme as this company were completely at a loss with how to navigate the grant application. Only realised afterwards they have a single mobile number to contact the whole 'company"
Seems like from the reviews they are fine if you're paying upfront. Avoid if you are trying to access the ECO 4 scheme and use an experienced company instead.

A very satisfied customer. Phil, Jordan and Jamie spent 2 full days in my home. They stripped out old back boiler, fire, water tank and replaced with new combi boiler and all new gas and water pipe work and associated electrics. Could not fault them at all. Great workmanship and very tidy. Thanks lads and a big thumbs up for Simp Services and big thanks to Ralph. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, which I have done already. Very reasonable price wise too.

SIMP is a fast responding and professional service. Ralph handled the replacing of my electric boiler in my 2 bedroom apartment. Communication was key for me and Ralph kept me updated at every moment, even when the deliver of the boilers got delayed a few days (3rd party issue) SIMP still kept me updated and assured a new time for installing. The Slim Jim unit and hot water cylinder is now installed (which was completed in day) and I'm very happy with their service - would recommend!
