Just had Tom from Simply Acquatic to clear our pond as it had badly silted and needed a good dredge along with a reduction in plant life.

After months of trying to find the right solution, I found Simply Acquatic who turned my headache into a very solvable solution. Access was extremely restrictive but following a site meeting a couple of months ago, we hatched a plan and this week it was executed to perfection.

As well as being a lovely guy to deal with Tom has tons of experience in all areas of Acquatic management and maintenance and I have to say is an absolute demon on the Truxor which blitzed through the job in no time. I also have to say it's great dealing with someone who does exactly what he promises.

The result - a super clean pond and absolutely delighted customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and Simply Acquatic to anyone needing pond or waterway maintenance delivering to a very high standard.

Excellent service from Tom throughout. He came to inspect our pond and suggest a way forward to get rid of the bullrushes and lilies that were choking it. Then he arrived promptly at the appointed time with equipment and sorted the problem within the arranged time period. He also managed to get all his equipment down to the end of our garden without much collateral damage and was careful not to create more mud and mess than was unavoidable. Courteous and helpful at all times. We are delighted to have our pond back in good order.

Feb 2024: Just had a really excellent service from Tom at Simply Aquatic. Cleared out our small lake of reeds and grasses and restored it to the condition we wanted. His Truxor machine is perfect for the job, causing minimal disturbance to the surrounds, but maximum efficiency in working in the lake. He is very skilled in operating it, and achieved the results well within his first time estimates through his thorough hard work. Very easy to arrange the job, and he travelled up to inspect the conditions first. Highly recommended.
