Highly recommend! Quick easy booking system. Lara the lady we found at the desk gave an excellent service, friendly and totally top notch! I downloaded the app after booking and for some reason the info, mainly the car was still an SUV but a different make. We also updated the driving license info which was also verified however Lara the agent we found at the desk couldn’t see this update……basically don’t pay much attention to these discrepancies cause we ended up with the car we booked and Lara took care of verifying our license. The car was in great condition and super clean. I would def use SIXT again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the entire experience welcoming from the start. All the procedures were handled smoothly and efficiently, with no delays or confusion. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to receive free upgrades, which added even more value to the rental. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations and made the whole process hassle-free and enjoyable.

I love renting with sixt. I’ve used them in the US and we are here in Glasgow and it is the same quality, but with a really special customer service experience. They are known for amazing vehicles. But they also have amazing people. I have to give a shout out and big “Thank You” to Stuart and Mo who stuck around very very late and made sure I got my car. Our flight was delayed and it was more than an hour after closing. Stuart was kind enough to not only stay, but was also very communicative on email when he learned my flight was going to be delayed. It went from 6 minutes late to more than an hour and I was so surprised and grateful to see Stuart and Mo there at the rental center. Every other car rental company was closed and they should have been too. I am a forever customer because of the excellent experience. Extremely friendly and as Sixt is known for, I drove off in a beautiful car. It was after midnight and Stuart was nice enough to give me his email if I had any trouble. 🙏🏻 Thank you!!!

Worst car hire and hospitality experience in many years . We hired two cars from Glasgow same type
Of cars and mine car had an emergency parking break warning twice so rang the Sixt helpdesk and they advised to take the car to airport office as was still
Open . Went there there was rudest man named Stuart who checked the car the told us nothing wrong with the car and “ you are telling me how to do my job “ would not listen and told us to take the car back and bring it back in morning in case there was a problem again …….. really we have nothing better to do in Glasgow then to take the 30 minutes drive each way and speak to people was like this ……. . Was treating us as if we did not know how to drive an automatic car. Told him we had hired two cars and were leaving for Isle of Skye next early morning so did not want to be stuck in there and we were there for a reason …. Kept on repeating you are telling me how to do my job ….In the end gave us a car and told was a higher class car after initially telling he did not have a car to give us . We took the car to hotel ,we are from Australia so are not aware of the models
And sizes of the cars …. The car which was given to us was so small that it would not fit the luggage . If it was not for my friends car we would not have been able to fit the luggage …… did not have the energy to fight with the idiot again …. Handed the car back at Edinburgh airport and informed them of the issue and they promised someone would contact me but have not heard anything until now ……Avoid them at all costs……

Used for a number of years, we do so for professional service, standard and reliability of car, ease to use, proximity to airport. Brilliant staff at Glasgow Airport - Ravi and all team give good customer service and team giving/dropping off are excellent. Would highly recommend using Sixt

Ish is so lovely and helpful. We made a mistake for booking twice with different time, the first one was 18:30 pm and the 21:30. Our flight was 18:00. We forgot to cancel the first booking. The second booking was paid already,However Ish was so helpful and sorted it for us if we could get change the time which he did. Thank you Ish

The agent who helped us (Stuart) was exceptional. He helped bring calm to what had been a chaotic experience for us prior to meeting him at the Sixt desk (extremely long air travel due to delays). He helped end the day for us on a positive note.
