Employed Stephen Jones to design new Garage at my home and assist with Local Building Control approval etc. Very professional service, high quality drawings prepared in timely manner. Stephen has been fantastic throughout the whole design and planning process. Very responsive and knowledgeable and at a very competitive cost. When we have had queries Stephen has taken the time to phone and talk us through everything and has always remained professional yet friendly. He also managed to get us a discount on our kitchen. We used Steve to design us a full remodel of our bungalow. We were amazed by how he managed to reconfigure the space and take a two bedroom property and convert it into a four bed/four bathroom with open plan kitchen/dining/living. Stephen was highly recommended to us by a friend and we have come to realise why. He visited our property just a couple of days after we initially contacted him, he was highly knowledgeable and helpful! He was honest and transparent with us about everything we wanted and managed our expectations well. He also used his knowledge and experience to offer some different perspectives on what we could do with our property, something we really appreciated.

We asked Steve to help us with plans for a loft conversion. He came up with lots of options and great visual models which really helped us decide which route to go down. Couldn't do enough for us. We had Steve draw up our rear and side extension, the drawings were better than I had hoped no request or amendment was too much trouble he listened to what we wanted and brought it to life with his drawings.
We have also asked Steve to come look at our next property we will definitely be using him again. Highly recommended!
