Went in for profhilo and got attended by Magda. Wanted to add on the neck as well but she said I didn’t need it and if I wanted it later I have to rebook as I only booked for face and she’s busy with clients. Okay then? What was I? A client too paying for work! I left the clinic and it was dead quiet. Sometimes people come from far and we can’t always make it multiple times for a 30 second job. Rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely delighted with my treatments. From skin care to eyebrow laminations and Botox. Magda always provides the best solutions for my aging skin concerns, and I’ve never been disappointed. Just a tip: be sure to book in advance, as she’s quite popular! Highly recommend!

Maggie is lovely, I'm relatively new to any facial treatments and have been made to feel at ease. Both Maggie & Magda have taken time to explain and suggest what would be the best treatment but without the hard sell. I will continue to visit.

Please read the 1 star reviews and not their fake ones. I paid £85 for teeth whitening by a “dentist”.

At the beginning of the session the lady who performed the treatment advised that my teeth will whiten at least 6 shades. My teeth were compared to a shade guide before and after and had barely gone up 2 shades.

I can’t see any difference and I’m so disappointed spending £85 with no improvement. I feel conned.

Don’t visit!!! After my review you’ll see they will have quickly few good reviews to hide this revive as I’m only giving 1 star. Lazy workers always changing and everyone is lazy!!!! You get what you pay for but this please may not be overly priced but is not the right place.
So, what they do is they use fake reviewers/employees to leave review as soon as someone had a bad experience they’ll have couple of their own people leave a review. You should really read all the bad reviews and a bad review is never ever a fake review!!! Please do not visit this clinic as they’re absolutely rubbish.

Treatment - profilo and dermal fillers.
Clinic is easy to find with a Ringo car park at the rear. Clinic is clean, modern, bright and friendly. Maggie is very professional and experienced. We discuss my aims and expectation and treatment options. I am happy with my results.I definitely recommend Skin Lab

I had CoolSculpting today at Beauty Box which costs £150 and takes about an hour. I travelled about 1.5hrs to get to the salon. It looked very nice on the inside and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
They have facilities for Coffee and Water but I wasn't offered any while I waited.
I was treated by Magda, she was friendly and chatty, but she wasn't professional and the actual procedure wasn't done correctly according to how other practitioners and clinical studies describe the process.

There was little to no discussion or examination of the area being treated before my treatment. She didn't say 'Hi' or introduce herself beforehand just told me to go into the room.

She said the attachment they use at the salon "is only for very fat people" so she wasn't sure it would even work on me, even though other clinics say that it is ideal to get this done when you are close to your target weight and I am 32% body fat so I have enough for the treatment.
It would have been better to mention this on the website before I travelled so far but it's a a very cheap price for this procedure and their Instagram describes the salon as "Award Winning" so I thought it was worth it.

The machine wasn't set to the correct temperature for fat freezing ( all practitioners recommend -11C and I could see on the machine it was set to 0C but Real Temp was between -1-4C for the treatment) and when I asked if it would get colder she said she would only set it colder on the second treatment but was already recommending I don't get Coolsculpting again because their machine wasn't suitable, so basically I paid to not have it done correctly so I don't understand how I will see any results unless I get a second treatment.

Also most people say to maximise the results you should massage the area in the 5 minutes after application before it warms up to agitate the fat cells but she never massaged me at all during the whole session even when I asked about it.

She wasn't in the room for the majority of the time and just left me holding the machine on myself and only came in to adjust the placement once the timer ran out and to check on me and tell me I should get a different treatment because this one won't work.
