The inner glass on our Velux window was broken when we moved into our house and I really struggled to find someone who was willing to repair it. It was situated at the top of a staircase, in the roof, so also tricky to access. Cyrus was brilliant from start to finish - he was very courteous in all communications and came very promptly to take measurements, where he also kindly taped up the window. He then quickly got the window pane ordered and returned to install about a week later. I am so happy we have finally gotten the issue resolved and can enjoy the window and the light in the house. Thank you so much again Cyrus and team for taking on this job and making it so hassle-free!
