I was contacted by a sales representative from smart Energy homes about 2 months ago. We've had 6 walls insulated, plastered and some extractor fans also installed. And had our radiators fitted back on, didn't cost a penny.

I found the experience to very good, fantastic communication and any issues that arose, we're actioned failry quickly.

Customer service from Meg, and recently Joe was really good.

I see alot of people posting that these kind of things are scams, from my experience with this company, that statement is just nonsense.

The initial ECO4 install in 2023 went flawlessly, the quality of the work was superb.
We had a small problem with one of our radiators this month (Nov 2024). I emailed them on Monday and Tuesday morning a new radiator had been installed. 1A Service!

Word of warning, do not let Smart Energy Homes work on your property, the service is terrible at every level from customer service to end product.

Under the ECO4 heating scheme we were told our home energy efficiency would be improved and our annual heating bills would be reduced.

Smart Energy Homes then attempted to fit a system that would have left us with dramatically annual annual heating costs and when concerns were raised they suggested we just switch off the heating system to reduce bills or pay to have more solar panels fitted to improve efficiency.

Thanks very much to all involved in the installation of our thermal insulation, air source heat pump, solar panels and multitude of other works, the install took in total 6 weeks, however this for a large house.

ust like to say solar panel installers working at 54 Heol Eglwys, SA10 9PF have completed works at the above address. Very impressed with efficiency of the whole team. Safe, fast and friendly crew. Scaffolding up, pause, scaffolding gone. No mess, no fuss.

After about a week of the system operating, the Solis Cloud app they installed on my phone showed an alarm. Also on the app is Paul, the installers phone number. Called him, he said he was travelling back from Carmarthen but would call in. When he arrived, he called the company who supplied the equipment who did a software update over the internet. Brilliant service.
