Awful company to deal with. Had brand new air con fitted in July and it broke down 2 weeks later. They replaced a part, broke again, replaced pipework, again broke down. Blamed us for not operating it correctly. Broke down twice in August and sent yet another engineer who couldn't identify the problem so they temporarily fixed it, but yet again it's broken down. No apologies, nothing, they do not care. Engineer sent a report in saying everything OK. (It's not what he says on our video footage which has audio fyi)
and it broke again next day. Asked for removal and refund but they refused. Said they need to send a mitsubishi engineer but we would have to pay. What sort of company is this. Now we have given them 14 days to remove and then we take it to court.

Fantastic company! Sent an estimator out and installation was carried out within a week! I cannot praise the installers enough, the work carried out was professional but most importantly for me they were so clean and tidy with attention to detail that is second to none! Highly recommended and will be using the company again in the near future

I found Smart Energy Projects through a company called Bark. Right from the start I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail the whole team showed. From the first contact, survey then install. Nothing was to much trouble for them and when it came to the install, they where quick and very clean, not leaving a mess in my house or the garden. I would highly recommend Smart Energy Projects to anyone looking at them for one of the many products they fit. I will be using them again when we need other rooms updating with A/C. Thank you to all of you for making this a very easy process.
