A great service all round. We recently used Smart Heating EA after receiving a promotion through our door. Hattie from their office was super helpful booking our boiler service appointment via email and the gentleman that came to complete the work was friendly and professional. They kept us well informed and got the service done really quickly, even noting build issues that other services haven’t before! Would 100% recommend and use again. Great value for money and wonderful service.

Firs I would like to thank everyone at Smart heating for the excellent service provided by you all. I have had a new boiler installed and the experience from start to finish was excellent from the first contact I had to arrange a quote to having the boiler installed. I know all the stops were pulled out to get a new boiler fitted for me as from first contact to installation it was only 4 days. All staff were very polite and friendly I will not hesitate to recommend Smart heating once again many thanks.

Fantastic work, fantastic team!

Had a gas boiler installed. Anthony did a thorough walkthrough of the house before recommending the best boiler and radiators.

The quotes for the work came through next day, which were really well priced.

They were patient with Cadent's meter installation delays and worked to our schedule to get the work booked in.

The communication from their admin Hattie was outstanding and made the whole experience a breeze!

When the guys came to do the work - they were on it no stop throughout the day and wrapped everything up with no mess and a fully working system.

To top it all off they got all the paperwork instantly sorted, along with a 10 year guarantee on the boiler.

Could not recommend this company more!

Anthony and his team have been brilliant throughout the process of booking in to service. I asked him if he could top up the central heating system as I had changed the bathroom and installed two new radiators, and service the boiler. As a tradesman myself it is hard to find a company truthworthy,(as I left a spare key out), punctual and do a brilliant job when they say they will. Very happy with the service from start to finish and will certainly recommend to anyone and use again. Many thanks!

Have used them for many years for my property, when I lived there and now I rent it out. Very reliable company, doing honest work at a fair price. They do my annual boiler service & safety checks, installed a new boiler for me and recently did a small plumbing job to fix blockage on washing machine outlet pipe. After been let down badly by another company I was looking for a reliable new installer. I have been really impressed with Smart Heating EA Ltd from the first contact to the final installation of the boiler.
It was very easy to get in touch and Smart Heating EA Ltd supplied me quickly with a quote and were also able to meet my required time frame for installationwithout hesitation.
On the day Vlad, Archie and Anthony were on time, friendly and with attention to detail.
They kept the noise and dust to a minimum ( all residue was cleaned after installation !)
The team didn’t leave until everything was working as it should and explained exactly how to handle the new boiler.
I am very happy with this company and their installers. Even more happy to use Smart Heating EA Ltd in the very near future.
