I had a very negative experience with this shop. I bought a wired USB mouse and when I got back to mine to use around 5 mins later I found that the tracking wheel in the top made a really loud and annoying sound every time it was rolled. I took it straight back to the shop (around 10 mins after purchase) to try to swap it for a different model. They didn't have any other wired USB mouses so I asked for a refund. The mouse was exactly as purchased with the box intact, in the little plastic bag and with the twisted wire around the cable so it was in perfect re-sellable condition. The shop refused a refund, only offered an exchange. I ended up taking some headphones I don't really want or need. Surprising and disappointing in 2022 that a high street shop treats a customer so badly. It's places like this that help drive people to Amazon. Avoid this shop.

Shocking service. Took my phone in Monday morning with a smashed screen but still working. Quoted one hour for screen repair. Wednesday evening I finally have my phone back but now not working at all. Staff admitted after a HUGE amount of dispute (five separate visits) that it was they who damaged it. Eventually gave me the money to have it repaired elsewhere along with a huge guilt trip about taking money from them. Avoid like the plague.
