I was waiting in the lobby while my friend was doing a podcast there as I gave him a lift to smart base. The receptionist Rosie was very professional and friendly. Always hospitable including offering me water and coffee.

Absolute top find! A fantastically run shared office space in Bournemouth. Working alongside some really friendly other companies, in a professional atmosphere almost makes up for having to come into an office again 😉 The Smartbase Team are always around to help and support us, and a special shout out to Rosie. With her continual positive and happy demeanour it makes working here a pleasure.

Smartbase is honestly one of the best workspaces I’ve been to. Rosie and Karl at the front desk are super friendly and make you feel right at home from day one. The on-site gym is a huge perk—plus, with showers and changing rooms, it’s easy to fit in a workout without missing a beat. The space itself is really well set up for getting work done, with everything you need right at your fingertips. If you’re looking for an office that blends productivity with a welcoming vibe, then I would recommend SmartBase!

Having now had office space at SmartBase for over a year, I can absolutely vouch for the fantastic offering they have. We previously had a stand alone office on a lease arrangement, the decision to move and take flexible space here with Karl and his team is the best we made. The aesthetic of the building is second to none, particularly in this area, the team are always happy to help, nothing is ever a problem, and the community that Karl has created is fantastic. Our business has grown as a direct result of having workspace in the SmartBase building. More importantly, our visitors are incredibly impressed with what they see when they come to see us. I cannot recommend this workspace enough!

A beautiful modern work space located by Bournemouth Airport. Very aesthetically pleasing throughout, especially the Sky Lounge which overlooks the runway. Karl and his team are fantastic and always very attentive.

SmartBase is the best serviced office we've ever had the pleasure of renting. The place is brand new and it feels like there's no expense spared. The rates are entirely reasonable and the staff are all really accomodating (shout out to Karl on the front desk.) 100% recommend SmartBase both for hot desking (like we used to), or for room rental, which we now do.
