Great store. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The shop looks small, but the have a huge variety of products from bicycles, tools, plumbing, light bulbs, et cetera. I needed help with a DIY faucet replacement and they gave me advice, answered my many questions, helped me solve problems I encountered, and found the right products for me.

I don't very often go here however I needed an obscure part for three radiators, they didn't have the whole part but thanks to the excellent range of items instore I managed to repair my issue thanks to the member of staff who sorted me out for the whole price of £1.35. Best independent hardware shop in Oxford.

Brilliant little shop, has absolutely everything, really helpful and knowledgeable staff, feels a bit like stepping back in time going in. A proper hardware store or ironmonger's like there used to be lots of. Great place for finding missing pieces, cables, odd screws, batteries, and fixing things up. Really convenient that it has a car park, too. Thoroughly recommend.
