Very happy to recommend this company - found that I needed Stove rope and glue. All the parts available, very quick postage. Perhaps could have done with some tape to seal the cut end of the rope but all now successfully installed and working ready for Winter

Carbon Monoxide alarm (Kidde). Arrived promply and easy to set up. At first I wondered why the green power light wasn't on, although it tested OK. Finally worked out that it just pulses on once a minute. So all good. My only complaint was that I had to photocopy the instructions and increase them to 150%! I didnt think my eyesight was that bad.

Ordered stove flue pipes and elbows. Arrived (in Scotland) the next day well packaged and exactly as stated. Had to return one small pipe as it was not required. Very helpful on the phone and a return form was sent by email. Excellent service!
