There is a reason that this shop is so highly rated. This is a great family owned auto shop in a residential community. The owners are very knowledgeable, interesting, and friendly. They do quality work. The waiting area is very clean and smells great.

I have only recieved truly honest, professional, and fairly priced service while living overseas, with friends/family or now from SNT.

I have never received honest services from dealer or franchise service centers. All up charges and unnecessary service charges.

Class act shop. I had an issue with an older Scion xB that no one wanted to deal with. From drop off to pick up these guys were amazing!!!! They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint at all. They were in constant contact, fixed the issue and the price was reasonable. They earned a customer for life!!!

Nick, the mechanic, was a true professional - not only is he incredibly skilled, but he's also very honest and transparent about the work that needs to be done. The price they charged/ quoted for parts is 2-4 times more than competitors. They were very busy and it took a few days to get in or get my car back. I got 2 brakes and rotors done there, and it was almost $700. A few months later, I found another mechanic to do the other 2 brakes and rotors, for almost 1/2 the price!

Just had an amazingly good experience. In my way to BWI airport to catch a flight, my cars “low oil” light came on. I drove into Camp Meade and stopped at SNT Automotive. Within 5 minutes I had a quart of oil added with such wonderful service. And to top it off, they wouldn’t even let me pay. I’d lived closer, they would be come my go-to mechanics!!!
