Damaged property, lots of rubbish left sharp wire and mesh, left with unsafe electrical installation for 3 days.

Lots of excuses ?

No apology or follow up.

I would not leave either the installation or scaffolding teams on your property without supervision.
Really wish I'd have took my time to review other options available locally.

Something in my heating system caused a trip on the fuse board. A Veissman engineer was sent as the boiler - installed by Snug - was still under warranty.He advised me the boiler was not the issue although the instillation was unusual / 'not recommended'.

I then had a Snug engineer visit and told me the valve and probably the pump needed replacing . When a second engineer came to do the job it was not completed - pump replaced ( >£200 labour cost for a job < 1 hr - £375 to replace the pump- cost price of pump £125 and engineer was rude and rushed . A further visit had to be arranged to replace the valve- which I think was the original and possibly even the only problem . Very poor service - from original instillation it seems , to service which never picked up on this 'unusual ' instillation and now to repair . I won't be using this company again and regret I did for the instillation. I will have to get another company to come and review the original instillation and see what was unusual about it - as despite telling Snug of these comments they have completed ignored it and not offered to review their installation and fix it- but I don't think I'd trust them to now anyway!!

Honest and very client orientated PV Panel / Battery supplier with an excellent installation team who are very skilled. Highly recommended and excellent value. Nothing was too much trouble and they installed the system in one day. Naturally there are always some issues when installing in an existing electrical system but the technicans made sure the installation worked before leaving.

Highly recommended - installed a solar PV system for us back in January. Very efficient and professional team. We had multiple quotes and theirs ended up being the best value for the equipment provided. A different company we enquired with had fiddled the return rate figures on their quote, to make it seem like the return was ridiculously high (they put the yearly energy price inflation to a ridiculous figure). We managed to trace this "error" by comparing it to Snug Energy's quote, who had the return set to a more realistic figure. Thankfully we went with the more trustworthy company.

I chose Snug Energy over approx 5 or 6 other Solar installation companies, as they had a good spec 6.4kWh PV system (+ 5kWh Sunsynk Inverter + 5.12kWh Sunsyk battery + iBoost) system for the best market price. Very happy with the technical pre-sales knowledge, fast communications pre and post sales and good after sales support. Quality of workmanship overall, was very good.
They are a trustworthy family business and have been great value for money.

We had a problem with our boiler that was 14 years old and decided to invest in a new one.
Andrew from snug energy chatted to me and was so helpful but not at all pushy.
He gave me a rough idea of the cost and called to see me the next morning.
We were so impressed by Andrew for being straight talking and informative about the boilers that were suitable, and left us to decide.
We also fell lucky as someone had cancelled their installation for Monday and had that slot available.
Boiler was fitted on Monday by Dave and his young helper, very clean and tidy workers whom I would recommend too.
So happy with the installation and professionalism shown by all from snug energy.
I would highly recommend them.

Thought they would be a good company to deal with as they were provided by eon. Cowboys is a more fitting description. Made a right mess of the ceiling while installing the boiler, Was told they would have to come back to do some external work. I tried to organise this three times. The first time they came without the right equipment. The second time they cancelled twice and never rearranged. The third time they just didn't bother showing up and didn't let me know. Thermostat has never worked properly, you touch it and it turns off activating the heating then you have to stand there for ten minutes, everytime you think you've done it turns resets.
