Bit of an odd one for us. Came out to look at our house and spent ages selling us the benefits of his softers with countless stories, to then find one reason after another to say the job was too difficult.

First because we'd need a small pipe along the skirting board in the loo and he assumed that's be unacceptable - I was perfectly fine with it - and because he thought he'd have to remove the tiling and unit behind toilet. In the end he encouraged us to see that someone else could do.

Banbury water softeners came out and said it was a very easy install and few days later all up and running. Yes we have a small pipe but hardly noticeable, she no need to rip out the bathroom as this chap suggested.

Not sure what all the fuss was about, and pleased to have gone with a company who made it seem easy not difficult.
