So helpful when first booking, Sandra made it clear who, when, and what would happen on site this put my mind at rest as I had no idea what to expect.
Soil investigation staff turned up on time, were friendly and polite and got on with the job with no fuss or bother and left no mess.
The report came through before expected and again Sandra talked me through it for understanding. As a customer I felt valued and I would recommend this company.

Everything from start to finish was well managed and every professional. We were given full details of what was required and what would happen on the day before hand by Sandra. The weather had been pretty awful before Andrew and his team were due to come (rain and snow) so the ground was very muddy - but they did a great job and kept the mess to a minimum - which believe me was a massive achievement due to the waterlogged ground! The feedback and report were prompt allowing us to get on with the extension for our home. Would highly recommend them to any one first class service.

These guys are fantastic. From point of booking communication was excellent and on the day the team were courteous, on time and by the time they'd finished the property was in such good order you couldn't tell they'd been! Highly recommend.
