As usual, very good service from the Solar Daddy team. Tom part of the Phone Team kept me updated on appointment time and when the technicians would be here. The Technicians Steve and Rob arrived on time and cleaned my solar panels in a professional and efficient manner. Lovely staff, always do a good job.

We signed up to one of the Sola Daddy packages a few months ago and since then, our solar has generated more energy than it has in over a year. The Solar Daddy team cleaned the solar, provided maintenance and constructive advice. The team, especially Tom, was very helpful and friendly. Our package with them is for 6 years and it is value for money.

In February 2024 I was given a free maintainance check. I was told that my Inverter wasn't working, even though my FIT was still registering. I was later told - after I had paid a deposit and signed a contract- that there was nothing wrong with it.
I was given a quote for a new one and a battery. I have paid £5400 through instalments, even though Solar Daddy tried to say that I had not paid one of them - bank details show that I had. It is now nearing the end of August. Nothing has been done. They claim that I need 2 new optimisers, but cant fit the battery until these arrive. I have asked for a full refund. I have phoned regularly, only to fobbed off. They don't get back to you.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have had my battery system for 14 months it’s worked for 6 months only they have been out twice to repair it but still not working neither do they return your calls or answer the phones. Now today I went on the website for a new installation. Yes you’re right they returned my call immediately. So to resolve my situation legal action had to be taken. Should you want solar panels or battery insulation I would go somewhere else. NOT SOLAR DADDY

Coming to the end of ten years of my solar panels it was worth taking out some insurance. Solar Daddy have cleaned them for the first time ever, plus a full systems check

Recently my solar panels had their regular clean, organised by Adam @ Solar Daddy. The new in-house team of John and Phil arrived on time, calling first to advise arrival time. They were polite and friendly and explained all involved. After making sure I was happy with the work done, they were on their way.

Solar Daddy are brilliant! Good advice ,friendly people, chances are it 'll be the same people next service so can form a bond . Down to earth explinations of complicated sytems. Happy to help us through all stages of the process even down to sorting out the app on our phones
