I had a suitability survey carried out by Solar Dynamix, and after a very interesting and informative discussion I decided to go ahead with the project to use solar energy to charge my EV car. It was actually quite pleasant to have my semi-techy questions answered but with no sales pitch or pressure to buy. A date and time was agreed for the work to be done and the team were on site promptly and ready to go. The panels, battery, etc were up and running before the day was over and I was happily generating power. And there was no mess to clean up, other than the installation itself, there was no indication that they had been here...
All in all, it was just over a week from the initial telephone call to the job being complete and signed off. If/when I decide to expand the system then I will not hesitate to call them back.

Great company to offer a product,and take a payment as quick as possible. Once you pay money - forget about their responsibility. They will ignore you, they will avoid you. For your safety of mental health - don't start with them.

Thankfully, I received some response after affecting your reputation. Trying to get your attention over a month, you decide to contact me after the review you deserve.
At the moment you made my situation very difficult as you haven't done simple registration in time frame. Case is still ongoing....

Email and enquiry were sent in the beginning of December, then in middle of December, with enquiry to proceed with relevant procedure before holidays and in 30 days time frame. Another form were filled up on your website, to which I don't have access to prove it. Phone calls to your office never been answered. Direct contact with your office worker Kieran were as well, to which I receive ignorance and avoidance. At the time of timeframe end, I sent another message to your office worker with a comment that I'm not happy with your ignorance and I will look for help from outside sources. NO ANSWER, IGNORANCE AND AVOIDANCE. I accepted your way of ignoring customers after you receive all payment, and decided to leave a review which you deserve as your action can not be explained in different way. After I left review, you and your office worker replied and contacted me in 15-20 min.
You understood my frustration, but it did not fix the realistic problem in my situation. You're not taking responsibility of not doing your job in provided timeframe, which result my frustration in finishing paperwork in back dated time.

I've just had Solar Dynamix UK replace my 13 year old panels with new more efficient ones, then adding another battery to my system making it more or less 10 years future proofed. All of this after a system inspection, a clear no nonsense quote , my questions answered clearly, guarantee/annual inspections agreed, a date set for install a few days later. SIMPLE !!!! Everything happened as discussed no mess, on time and no hassle. Speak to Kieran he is very helpful as was Stuart. I now have a new hobby checking how much more electricity I'm generating, how much I'm using and how much I'm selling back to the grid. Happy days!!!!

Absolutely great service from these guys, we needed our inverter replaced as it stopped working and we tried since last April to get a new one from local installers in our area including the company that originally installed the inverter and panels but no one even bothered to reply, maybe not enough money in it for them, they all seemed only interested in full system install. I found solardynamix on the web and sent an email explaining our predicament. Stuart was straight on the phone finding out exactly what needed to be done, gave us an exact price of a modern replacement unit installed with a 10 year guarantee, all supplied and fitted up and running the same week. No hassle nothing was a problem, brilliant easy guys to deal with and excellent service, really impressed. Full marks guys

Good start. Hybrid installed and running 2022. Plenty of early hiccups. But now without service support after months of promises. The Solis App. Is appalling..

Installation quicker than any other supplier .
Installation done last year and made huge difference to my electricity bill .
Panels daylight sensitive so generating electricity in winter as well .
Planning on increasing panels and batteries this year .

Very similar experience to Ruhi. Had an appointment for 2pm Monday 30th January. No show, no phone call. Called them, but put through to answering machine and have had no contact since then. I managed to get a local firm to come and do the repair work. Thankfully there are still reliable firms around.

I would give this company 0 if I could! Twice they have cancelled! And stopped taking calls!

They have done nothing but mess around and lied about my appointnent! I have taken a day off again to get my appointment today and they come back with oh it's not today its next week!! Extremely disgraceful and terrible service and this was after me calling to confirm my appointment and I was assured it was going ahead! Even last appointment no one bothered in calling to say they are not coming!!
