should be called solar super fast! The whole process was made simple and seem-less, From a zoom chat with Kurtis who told me every thing I needed to know about solar panels and batteries and answered my endless questions after I spent some time thinking it over, followed up by the rest of the solar fast team who sorted every thing I needed from the finance, certification and the insulation of the system. From the first chat to my system being up and running was less than 3 weeks, it is all very good quality and producing lots of electricity for me. I highly recommend the solar fast team.

Very pleased with service from Solar Fast. Only quote I requested who visited the property and spoke to me in person. Competitive price. Swift easy installation in 1 day. Issue with a tripping fuse a month after install that was dealt with promptly and politely. Had for 6 months now and loving it.

Great company to for installing your solar panels and battery. Not only did they do a great job installing the solar panels and battery, their advice prior to installing was invaluable. They looked at my personal situation and advised me to go with an energy supplier that would complement my solar panels and battery, saving me more money than I thought was possible. They provided me with best quote compared to other installers and help in every stage of the process. Customer service and after sales service was great too!

Installation appointment arranged very easily and within 2 weeks of the initial sales discussion. Extremely knowledgeable Installers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They explained the process and what was happening during each step of the installation. Once installed they took us through the use of the inverter batteries and the app. Left the property clean and tidy. Very happy with the installation.
After sales services from customer care team could have been improved by providing a little more information on when things should happen regarding exporting energy to the grid as we were left a little unclear as to what we needed to do and when we would get the relevant certification required to export.

Really happy with the quick & thorough service received by Solar Fast. We had Steve come over to talk us through our options and what would best suit our property. Within a week or so of ordering a system, they were installed! We're really pleased with the quality of the system and can't wait to save money on our energy bills. The only downside is that the main certificate you need to start making money from the energy you export if using a battery can take 8-12 weeks to process, so there's a lot of exporting that goes to waste but that's not Solar Fast's problem, but is worth knowing!

Excellent experience all the way from the initial contact through to installation. During the sales process they performed a thorough survey and explained how the panels would work and the potential cost savings over the coming years. I was kept informed of the progress through the g99 application and as soon as that was approved the installation was done in a couple of days from then. The installers were great, turned up on time, got on with the job and cleared away when finished, they took time to explain the app that controlled the inverter and how to set up for some of the functions I wanted. Since the install, pretty much the only power I’ve drawn from the grid has been on cheap night rate to charge the batteries for the morning and top the car up. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them

Installed our solar panels almost a year ago, perfectly in time for the high fuel charges, we all have experienced over the last winter. Solar Fast, installed our setup over a matter of weeks from initial contact. Even though our electricity costs have decreased, I'm constantly checking to ensure less electrical usage, especially when batteries haven't recharged completely on cloudier days.

Initial appointment was booked in quickly and Sales rep came on a Saturday which fitted in well with us. Talked through all the details and answered any questions we had.
Installation only a few weeks later and lots of communication beforehand to ensure we were happy with everything.
Installation was complete in under a day and we were up and running on the app in no time.
Certificates to register with the grid came through quickly and we are now looking forward to saving some money & being kinder to the environment.
