I have evaluated several companies for assistance with my solar project, and ultimately, I chose to collaborate with Curtis and Solar Simplicity. Curtis conducted an on-site survey without any upfront costs, providing us with an attractive quote based on the maximum capacity our roof could accommodate. His proposal suggested the highest number of panels compared to other companies that provided quotes, and he offered a very competitive price. I am extremely satisfied with the service Curtis provided. He is highly responsive and consistently answered my questions promptly throughout the process. Our installation took place in early June, and we received MCS approval in mid-September. Even after the installation, Curtis remained responsive to my inquiries. For example, he assisted me in reconfiguring the inverter to maximize the benefits of battery charging during off-peak hours. We did the proper multiple quotes thing and the crucial differences for me were the clear itemised quote, in person survey, and good communication. Really pleased with the choice we made, Curtis took the time to understand our pattern of use and future plans rather than just a cookie cutter approach. Really happy with the install speed and quality, the guys were excellent. Scaffolding was up only as long as needed, panels and cabling neatly fitted and working, made sure we had the app set up and connected. Couldn’t ask for better, would definitely recommend. We’re not the easiest house (1903 Edwardian semi) so solid walls etc. but the team took it in their stride. Excellent.

After looking at several options and quotes I decided to go with Solar Simplicity for my ground solar panels. The date for the installation was quickly organised and Curtis arrived on time. A discussion ensued about what the plan of work was. It turned out to take longer than expected but everyone remained in good spirits and I was kept informed all the time. Having had panels installed by another company who were unable to add a battery to the system, Solar Simplicity were able to take on the task quickly and efficiently, adapting and adding to the original system, so that it is now complete. The engineers were professional and completed all work to a very high standard (A special mention for Owen's excellent ducting) in a house which made the task more complex than perhaps they were expecting. Curtis was always clear and concise in his communications and kept me informed as to the progress of the job. I'm very happy with the system I now have and am glad to have found Solar Simplicity to complete it.

Just had a new Huawei battery system fitted to my 4kw solar system by Solarsimplicity. Jimmy the electrician who installed the new system is very knowledgeable on theses systems. Can also say that the back up service from the software team is also very good ,would fully recommend this company.

I would have loved to have given a great review, as Curtis appears to be a great chap. However the installation took place in June, and today at the end of October I still don’t have an export meter, or a DNO contract. Just the most creative of excuses.
