Great local, trustworthy solar company. I've had 2 systems from Solar Star Power in 18 months as I moved house since my first installation. Both times the installation has been great from start to finish. Great advice (that saved us money) from Dave about the type of installation that was possible. The installation, both times, was super neat and the installers are both friendly, super tidy and know a lot about their products. Both times the guys installing the electrics took me through all the hardware and software in great detail (I'm a bit of a geek!). You can tell that you're dealing with a small, local company. Everybody knows everybody else, they keep you well informed as to installation dates. The second installation I had the panels were up 2 weeks after the site visit! Great stuff.

Fantastic service from Solar Star Power. We saw Emily within days of making our enquiry for a survey. Our quote arrived the following day and just a few days later we were up and running. A 6 man team fitted our panels, Tesla battery, gateway and inverter in half a day. They were efficient, tidy, friendly and informative. And the after sale service excellent. I can't fault the company.

I had my installation and battery installed by them. It was hectic on the day with lots of people but they were very professional and did a fantastic job. They were very clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic install, very pleased with everything.

Delighted to find a solar company that was easy to deal with and was very prompt with their communication. Emily offered lots of advice and transparent pricing on the quotes. Install team were very professional and neat!

I recently had solar panels and a Tesla powerwall 3 fitted by Solar Star Ltd. It was an excellent end to end experience from sales, to installation to after care.
The installation team were brilliant. They did a first class job being very neat and tidy. Additionally the guys painstakingly walked me through how things worked and ensured the system was up and running before they finished for the day.
I’d recommend Solar Star to anyone looking for a first class installation with great back up at a very competitive price.

Solar Star Power were recommended to me by another family member.

I had done loads of research and had quotes from several companies. There were cheaper quotes available to me, but they seemed to be lower specification of kit that would be installed - you get what you pay for. Solar Star Power's quote was for good quality kit which made it a decent deal.

On install day the team turned up at a reasonable time and managed to install panels on 3 separate roof facings. Scaffolds from two sides were removed the sane day, but they just ran out of time to remove the last side at the back of the house. I was happy for the scaffold to stay up over the weekend and they turned up first thing monday to remove the final side.

All the team (install and in the office) knew what they were doing and had a great depth of knowledge.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for Solar panels.

My only bit of advice to them would be to be careful advising install times for complicated roofs, as some less understanding customers could get cheesed off if they are told it'll be all gone in a day, and something goes wrong or scaffolding isn't down in time.

Highly recommend Solar star,All the staff in the office,Fitters & Elections from start to finish was perfect.I had 20 panels with a tesla powerwall battery,EV charger.The workmanship was 100% professional & I should know being a surveyor for insurance companies and having my own building business for over 25 years.USE THIS COMPANY ?
