Is a dishonest trader trading by a e-commerce company, and mobile phone, trading from home as l believe. He takes orders via credit cards, via PayPal.
I ordered 2 Black matt mono solar panels in early April, he promised early delivery which he did not meet, he then sent 2 panels, which did not match the ones specifically required to match my matt black Barn, as not to offend my neighbour's.
He then trys all sorts of tactics duck responsibility, he finally refused to reply to offer any solution to rectify his mistakes, which l will pursue via the courts if necessary.

Buyers Be Warned stay clear of this man.

Would not recommend that you buy anything from this business. Absolutely disgusting customer service, we are still waiting for a refund for a panel that was sent to the wrong address, over two months ago. The business refuse to acknowledge their mistake and have kept our money.
