lack of response regarding the leaking pipe from the pump station installed for my solar thermal system. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have received no acknowledgment or action to resolve this issue.

This neglect is unprofessional and unacceptable. You have taken payment but failed to complete the job properly or provide post-installation support. I strongly advise others to avoid your services to prevent similar issues.

Unfortunately, a company best avoided. Paid for a service of my Thermal Solar system. Only onsite less than an hour and left my Hot Water system not working. Emails explaining my issues and requesting VAT receipt then ignored, and now both email and phone number no longer works.
