Great job from Solarbility. They responded very fast to my first request for a quote and were very patient with my many questions before I ordered, and even suggested I buy a smaller battery than I had at first enquired about.
Their pricing seemed a bit better than the Council's "Solar Together" scheme. The installation itself was very good: it was all done and commissioned within the two days specified and they helped me promptly with the forms needed to get my energy supplier to pay me for exporting.
It all seems to work nicely with no problems so far .

The team at Solarbility are very helpful & efficient. We've put off the install for a while & wished we hadn't! 10 panels installed over two days & working on the app in that time! & the sun came out to boot!! We're making incredible savings on our bill! Would highly recommend Gary & his team! Don't delay as we did the installation is very quick!

Gary and team did a great job with our solar installation. They were very patient with us while we had roof repairs completed which overran. Once the installation date was agreed delivery was scheduled and the installation was completed very smoothly in a single day, including setup with the app and familiarisation with the system. I'd definitely (and have) recommended Solarbility to friends and family.

Knowledgable, friendly and competent complete solar installation with battery provided without pushy salesman in-between. Handled scaffolding and electrical subcontractors as well as certification ready for my feed-in tariff application. Also helped with installed component support to bring all firmware up-to-date.

Overall a lot easier that I thought it might be.

Very friendly and helpful when retro-fitting bird guards to our solar panels. Solarbility took a lot of care to make sure that they were fitted well, despite one difficult bird who was reluctant to leave, and resulted in a return visit. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Delighted with Solarbility. Great communication from the start, dates booked and the install went smoothly. Everyone involved was so helpful, great co-ordination by Jackie and the team. Our system (18 panels) was up and running within 2 days, and all of our questions around the app and exporting were answered too. Highly recommended.
