Absolutely fantastic! The knowledge and expertise from the rep was great and anything he didn’t know he got back to us. The company were extremely slick, we couldn’t have wished for better, everything was like clockwork. The system, what can I say apart from awesome ? we have been amazed at the income generated and the power for our home is almost all self generated from the solar system - win win ? highly recommended-Thank you SolarHome amazing stuff !

Searching for the right vendor to install a Solar Panel system, without prior experience or know how is a challenge. Through this journey of reading, asking around and taking different offers (without going crazy) I found solarhome with the strongest offering. They were also confident about their proposal and design where half of the companies refused to provide an offer because of my flat roof.

The winning points - IMHO
1. Top quality panels - do your research
2. Top quality batteries and inverter from Huwaei - also looks nice when installed
3. fairly fast turn around times from sale-> to inspection -> to fitting the system
4. Guarantee and after sales support -

Credits to Ben (sales) who was pretty honest about the offer and was happy to discuss diffrent aspects of then offer and to the crew that fitted the system doing a very clean job.

The equipment looks super sleek, the wiring and installation of the panels was really good. The provided software that comes along with the system is pretty solid and it will get yoi hooked with the graphs and status reports!

Good job, im pretty happy ! Would recommend to friends and family.

We did our due diligence. Invited several companies to compete. Listened carefully, cross-checked information and selected with confidence.
SOLARhome won on quality of information, knowledge of the team, details of the product, efficiency of service and price point.
The engineers who visited, the office team and the installers were all on top of their game.
This was a very good experience from end to end.
Now the installation is complete we are looking forward to the benefits. Time will tell, but in the meantime we strongly recommend SOLARhome, without reservation.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to for this one. If I could rate this company 0 I would.
I called to enquire about having solar panels installed. Receptionist dealt with my enquiry and the same day rep called back to find out further information.

I told the rep I am looking to have the panels installed on my rental property.
The rep then said “ we only install premium panels and as this is only for a rental property we wouldn’t be the company for you” “you would be able find another cheaper company more suited for a rental property”

I am honestly absolutely shocked at this man’s attitude. Who is he to judge my budget! I never even asked about the cost!

I actually wanted to use this company as my neighbouring property had used them.
I have two companies coming to survey my property next week.
Avoid this company and take your money to someone who actually values your custom.

Its not often in this day and age you can report a 5 star service from a company,Solarhome is the exception ,courteous and knowledgeable in their field are 2 words that come to mind.
