From start to finish SolarTec have performed like a well-oiled machine! My first meeting with Scott and Simon gave me the confidence that I was dealing with an efficient, knowledgable and friendly company and that has proved to be the case. Their quotation was detailed, clear and competitive and Scott kept me well informed on progress with the necessary approval process and the import from Spain of the solar panels I had requested. The installation took less than two days with Scott and George fixing the solar panels on the first day and Simon completing his electrical work of art in the garage with the Solax inverter and batteries and Zappi EV charger over the first and second days, with Jason on coming on completion to commission the installation and install the Solax and Zappi apps on my phone. The scaffold was struck the following day. The whole process was seamless including the follow-up paperwork and guarantees. On the basis of our experience I would thoroughly recommend SolarTec.

We accepted the quote as it was very competative and the company were using very good quality panels (says my husband). The Solar Panels look very modern and looked much better on the roof then we thought.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants solar but don’t quite understand it like we didn’t. They simplified it for us and even helped give us information on how to set up our forthcoming Feed in tariff once the solar project has been completed.

It took me and my wife nearly a hour to work our how to right this review, however, 100% worth the effort as this company are great.

We approached Solar Tec a few months ago enquiring about EV Chargers and Solar. Scott and Jason came and visited us. Provided us with everything we needed to know and the best thing was they were not pushy. They sent us a quote the next day and left us to talk it through.
