Have X3 Hybrid G4 10.0D with 23.2kWh TP58 batteries. Excellent products and pricing. Quality cells (China REPT).
Support helpful, but sometimes a little sporadic in response.
Support knew exactly what to do when inverter was on sub board and main board / incomer was 60m away - recommended Chint CT meter with RS485 which worked nicely. (Chint docs are poor though, and Chint UK will not support CT meters. Eastron have an equivalent and their UK support seems good. Note to SolaX: Please consider recommending Eastron instead)
SolaX quickly dispatched some additional connectors so longer leads could be made.
App is good too. Does everything you could reasonably ask and hasn't crashed once.

I have installed several of these inverters now for my customers both the Hybrid and the AC coupled versions. My customers are very pleased with the results. They work well, are simple to install and the monitoring is easy to follow. The technical support has also been very good.

I bought from Alma Solar Luxembourg on October 24, 2016 a SolaX SK-SU5000c G2 Hybrid Inverter (Reference SK-SU5000c G2)
On commissioning, the inverter did not display anything. You could hear the fan spinning and that's it.
I'm contacted by the seller to let them know that the inverter refuses to give anything.
The Seller for nothing did not decide on his own initiative that it was the mounting of the solar panels and batteries that was not compliant. The seller did not want to know anything else when I offered to bring him the inverter so that she could do a check and if necessary a repair. The Seller refused.
Since the solar installation I have no production of current.
I bought this year another hybrid inverter of the same type 5KVA and 48V on the batteries. From the EcoWatt brand.
I connected this inverter in place of the Solax SK-SU5000c G2 Hybrid inverter on the installation made at the time.
And the installation works perfectly.
So I have a malfunction on the Solax SK-SU5000c G2.
It is impossible to find who can repair a Solax inverter so that I can use it. This is € 2,550.00 lost in unnecessary purchase.

I have two solax inverters very impressed with them one is a 5 kilowatt hybrid the other is a 2 kilowatt mini working together very easy to use the software plug and play very happy with customer service just leave a message and they will always get back to you

Very disappointed that my enquiries have been ignored. I have now sent several emails asking a question about my inverter. My questions have been ignored with not even an automated response. Without customer's how would these companies exist. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company and its products.

Reasonable kit and solution. Zero customer support. Came to update firmware - now completely disabled and they don't answer calls. Use another brand if you can.

Do not buy there products,buy cheap the buy twice.the UK support is non existent with bad management that will lie and cheat their way out of any warranty claim,let alone any labour cost to replace their poor quality products.
Especially battery storage units.
Cheap Chinese rubbish.
