Contacted Solent Power for a free Generator Health check as we have a planned outage later in the month, spoke to Connor, even though our generator isn't that big he very generously arranged to fit this in the following day which was amazing. Carl , the engineer came and did a very thorough job in getting it working although he found that it had a dead battery, they have offered to order a replacement and have it delivered in time for the planned outage. This is service above and beyond what you normally would expect to receive, most companies could learn a lot from Solent on how to treat customers and their workforce. Upshot is when we come to do our major renovations we will be contacting Solent Power for our backup Generator requirements. Thanks.
