Been looking for some wood and really wanted some that was recycled, it's criminal the amount that goes to the tip, found this place in WSM that has just what we were looking for at the right price, well worth the drive from Taunton.

If your looking for wood to transform into something beautiful, this is the place to come. They have all types of wood for all types of projects from old scaffold planks to beautiful pieces of oak. They even sell bags of dried offcuts for your wood burner. Not only do they sell wood, they also have beautiful hand crafted furniture, ornaments and accessories. If you are looking for a bespoke piece of furniture they also make that to order too. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They take cash and card, offer free parking and will help load wood into your vehicle. Will definitely be returning for more wood 😁

Amazing place for wood! Huge range of wood and lovely bookshelves, seating, garden wood plus lots more. All excellent quality and reclaimed so good environmentally too. Some very creative pieces. Very helpful and lovely staff, offers delivery and we got our shelving made and delivered next day. Limited free parking on site or on street parking close by. Well worth a visit.

I love these guys. They are so helpful and know their stuff. I bought some tulip wood a while back and made a beautiful bookcase and just the other day needed some hardwood to repair my bench seat. Great.

just whizzed over to see the guys at Somerset Wood Recycling in WSM as I needed 100 x pallet wood boards for a new outdoor kitchen project - they have been brilliant - really helpful on the phone and the quality of the wood is first class - thanks . . . . as Arnie once said . . . Very helpful and friendly people and some beautiful items in the shop. You're free to browse through the selection of wood and then negotiate a price. Definitely would come again if I needed wood
