South Coast Renewable Energy Limited installed our solar panels and associated solar equipment. The South Coast team from start to finish were knowledgeable, professional, competent and friendly. The scaffolding was erected and dismantled as agreed and the install team were very efficient in the way they carried out the solar installation. The housekeeping during and after the install was excellent. The install team (roofers and electricians) provided guidance on the solar installation and installed the associated monitoring app to our smart phones. Overall an excellent customer experience.

Right from our first meeting with South Coast Renewable we felt happy that all our questions were answered with honesty and integrity,and once we agreed to go ahead with our tailor made installation we were not disappointed at any stage. The scaffolding team treated our home and our neighbours with care and were polite and friendly. The scaffolding went up and came down on the prearranged days. The team that came to put up the solar panels were great,and the installation is very neat and efficient. They tidied up themselves and left our home as they found it,couldn't be happier. So our thanks to a great firm,no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent all round experience from discussing the fitment of solar panels to the fitment itself. This was completed in a day. There was no mess or noise involved and the engineer explained how to use the App. I love the App and it is very easy to see when the battery is full so that you can take advantage of Free power to run your washing machine, dishwasher etc. I would strongly recommend South-coast Renewable Energy.

We had a really food experience with this company from start to finish. They are polite and courteous and explained the process clearly. Those who came to do the work were tidy and efficient. We had a few issues with the final connection but it was resolved quickly.

I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I thought I should
Had a few different quotes for a solar battery, but what won it for us with south coast is how down to earth Jack was. No nonsense, no crazy sale pitch, firm facts and quality advice is what lead to a sale.
Throughout the whole process we were constantly updated with information and Jack even managed to secure a really good price for a larger battery unit which made complete sense to us and we were overjoyed with the result.
Everything south coast promised has happened, the install was neat and tidy, MCS certificate came through promptly with no chasing, battery is running fantastically well.
Can't recommend this company enough!!!
