Sunday Morning - 10:30 am using hammer drills on party wall. No notice and no polite conversation. Told them it was Sunday - SE continued the work. left a message on the Company answer service. Management not working on Sundays- but neighbour's of their customers expected to put with their noise. Had to leave the house. Not a way to conduct business in my view.

Dreadful customer service. Having left many messages over a 4 month period to try and get somebody to look at questionable work carried out by this company, I would be very surprised if they managed to get repeat business.
