South staffs carried out work today in Sedgley and it made the water brown. I contacted them only to be told it’s “natural sediment”. No way can the addition of sediment into the water supply be safe.
Sediment could contain any number of pathogens, heavy metals, chemicals or other pollutants.

The local residents weren’t given any kind of notice or advice.

Absolutely abysmal on hold for over an hour before i eventually gave up.
No idea how it takes that long to answer a call for.what would be a 10 minute fix
Disgraceful like people don't have anything better to do

I have been receiving periodic emails saying your "billing is available to view". But no emails saying that the bills had not been paid. I just assumed I had a direct debit set up but that wasn't the case. So after 21 months of me not paying because i didn't know i wasn't paying, they have sent my account to be chased via a debt collector. Why haven't you just sent me a letter saying i had bills outstanding or call me.

Reported a leak over the weekend outside one of my neighbours properties they came and dug a hole and left also they set up temporary traffic lights out side my property blocking my driveway leaving me with no access I spoke to someone yesterday 03/06 and said they would look in to it and what a surprise nothings been done.

I'm stressed and depressed because of this company, water is life but south staff is killers, if I die they're responsible. We're low income family, my son has chronic illness, and they told me my bills are more than £50 per month. How's that even possible? I think there's hidden agenda behind the expensive water bills 🤔

Was meant to have a water meter fitted today and had absolutely no communication from Paul the onsite metering administrator despite repeated attempts to get in contact about when they would be arriving (both text and phone), they did not know how to ring a basic doorbell and claimed we were out when we were in all day. Terrible service and refused to come back despite their mistake.

This company seem to be having technical issues all the time. This has been going on for six months now. I still haven't received my bill from them since last year September and they are supposed to bill me every six months. Also, I spoke to someone last week about issuing me with my bill and was told this would be done. Still nothing received. My account suggests I don't have a water meter but I do have one. Something is not right with this company and nobody seems to listen to their customers. Very poor customer service from this company. Improve your service, as we do not have a choice but to accept such terrible service.
