I started paying South west water £18 a month, then they put it up to £50 and now they are trying to take £115 a month absolutely scandalous 1. Considering I am disabled and 2. That my child needs to use more water for hygiene purposes. We live in a small terraced house. We can't afford this amount! And they continously dump sewage on our local beaches. Corrupt to the core!

As per, nobody working on the sewer job in Penryn whilst everyone else sits in traffic jams and some of us trying to earn an honest living! Work shy profiteering company.

Not able to set up an online account, still being sent a bill and being threatened by bailiffs from the previous tenant, phone operators unhelpful!
I’m dreading my first water bill as it’s been 4 months without one despite numerous phone calls and they won’t be so forgiving with me trying to pay as I have been with them messing me around…

What a pleasant surprise!
I reported a blocked up sewage drain on my property, that was bordering overflowing. They advised someone will be in touch within 4 hours, but to my surprise they were at my door in that time.
Such a polite and professional gentleman, solving the blockage within minutes!
If only they sent customer feedback questionnaires.

After years of neglecting the infrastructure in the south west as it was more important to pay huge dividends and bonuses, bills have skyrocketed, to maintain their bosses and shareholders wealth while patching here and there the heavily aging water and sewage network. Absolutely ridiculous. Water companies must be nationalised.

Given that the only positive reviews are from Pennon Group PLC employees / ex-employees (most recent suspect is Sarah Sutton) should tell you everything about this company. I have been waiting for nearly three months for a water meter to be installed, as I was told after making a complaint about extortionate bills that this would be the best way to get billed commensurate with usage. Still nothing! I have made a second formal complaint after receiving two bills threatening legal action including taking money out of my salary. One of these invoices turned out to be completely unaccounted for, the second is four months ahead of when it's actually due! Still have heard no response on the second invoice despite escalating it to a manager / supervisor. There has NEVER been a written correspondence notifying me of a change to payments, just a threatening letter demanding payment months in advance. These fraudsters really do need to be held accountable for their actions, not least of all when you look at the eye watering profit margins they operate under!

My water bill has increased by almost 400%, because (they tell me) there is a new minimum monthly payment, which they are applying to customers across the board to pay for infrastructure improvements. This has nothing to do with my water usage, which is relatively low. Customer services are a waste of time, I have had contact three times and still waiting for a supervisor to get back to me.

I experienced a dramatic drop iñ my water pressure which is nothing unusual so didn't pay much attention but the following morning I woke up to no water at all. No warning no explanation so I rang the site office of where I live to be told of the issues and despite being registered disabled I was informed that I had to make my way to the park and ride to collect water. No assistance from south west water
