Moved into my flat and the old tenant was already with this provider, so thought I would see what their service was like. It was shocking! Took ages to call through, was over-charged, kept giving them accurate readings and they were billing me on high estimates and they even charged me ( not authority given ) £5 for a paper bill! Even the transfer to a new company ( Eon/ British Gas) was not a smooth process. Got charged £240 for a bill, had to call to deal and once amended my new statement changed to £28! Would not recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Moved in to a new home, they only got in touch when I switched suppliers, put me on their MOST expensive tariff, tried to use inflated estimated readings as a final bill and then even whilst we were waiting for an accurate final bill (took 3 months) sent the account to a debt collection agency - avoid at all costs!

Absolutely shocking service, customer care very rude and unhelpful.
Account was put on hold for over 6 weeks as switched to British Gas, who are much cheaper and provide a considerably improved service.
Awful company.
