This company is second to none! We recently had a rat infestation in our garden. We contacted SLE and the service was exemplary from the minute the phone was answered. The young lady who answered ( I believe her name is Nikki) was extremely helpful, she took details of the problem and said that we would be called back shortly to arrange for a visit. Jimmy phoned and was around to us the next morning. He explained exactly what was to be done and how it would be done safely baring in mind that we have 3 very active dogs. Previous to Jimmy's first visit a quote for the work involved was sent to us. Payment is up front but we had already been told that if nothing could have been done and our problem unresolved we would be refunded, thankfully this wasn't necessary and our infestation is now gone. Jimmy was not only efficient but a really lovely guy to deal with. I hope we never need to call SLE again but if we needed to we would not hesitate. Thank you Jimmy and Nikki!

I don't often leave reviews but this company deserves a glowing one.
Due to my parents getting older and my lovely Dad has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I've had to take over the roll of finding trusted companies to do jobs on their bungalow. They have been ripped off in the past (thousands of pounds) so I'm very cautious who I pick to do work for them. My parents had an issue with woodlice under their AstroTurf, infestation of ants and my Dad had unfortunately dug out all the sand between the paving slabs which has caused more ants and movement of the slabs.
After phoning around, Google search and reading reviews, I contacted SLE. Firstly, the customer services is excellent. Within an hour, I'd spoken to a lovely, helpful lady. Received a call back from Jimmy the contractor, an email and a quote.
You can't ask better than that!
Jimmy is clearly an expert in his field, he kept in contact with me, knowing my concerns, he was prompt, incredibly kind and graceful to my parents knowing that they are vulnerable. He even did extra jobs that he didn't charge for. He's work ethics are admirable.
I couldn't of asked for a better company to come and do an excellent job. Jimmy is coming back to sort out my parents jungle garden that has grown over time. I know I can 100% trust him to do a wonderful job, at an extremely good price. I can honestly say, without a shadow of doubt. Jimmy and his crew are the people to go to, if you need an exceptional job done with extremely fair prices. Thank you Jimmy, you have taken a weight off my mind by being so kind and considerate to a very overbearing Daughter of vulnerable parents.
