Recently had my boiler replaced by SSE; it was installed and fitted promptly within a matter of weeks. Ash Evans was very professional and informative with good communication throughout, reliable and available to answer any questions I had. The installers were friendly on the day and didn’t stop until the install was complete. Very impressed with the whole service, my boiler heats up very fast and is so much more efficient now. Southern Smart Energy's team were very knowledgeable and patient as I am a cancer patient in remission. They answered all my concerns and questions regarding the new boiler and provided me the best service. Everyone involved was so helpful and informative, they never left me out of the loop and their approach was personalized and very efficient. Thanks to their help with applying for an ECO4 energy grant I was able to make the necessary home improvement regarding upgrading my old boiler with a new Combie boiler under the Government funded ECO 4 Scheme grant initiative, and there was no cost involved.
The initial assessment through to the final install was done very smoothly and in a reasonably short time period, I now have a more energy efficient boiler installed at my property and this was the best choice I made for myself and my family under my current circumstances.
I can highly recommend their services for anyone looking to make their home more energy-efficient using the above scheme.

Ash had seen the flue at the side of our house and gave us a knock. He was very polite and told us what we could have if we met one of the criteria. We did meet one of the criteria so we said yes to him because our boiler was 23 years old. So we've had a new boiler fitted, a radiator in the loft bedroom, a replacement radiator in the downstairs toilet. All fitted very professionally, but the best thing (wait for it.........) TOTALLY AT NO COST TO OURSELVES BECAUSE IT IS GOVERNMENT GRANTED. 10 out of 10 for everything!!!!

I had started the ECO4 process in October 23, with my energy supplier but getting nowhere fast. I met up with Corey, Southern Smart Energy, the first week of January and decided to go ahead with them. My grant was approved at the beginning of February, and the work completed on the 7th March 24. This consisted of upgraded loft insulation, survey, combi boiler installation plus new rad valves( replacement shower as my existing unit was not compatible) and systems electrics tested and signed off.
The whole process was painless and was kept informed at every stage. The installation team were brilliant, they arrived at 7.30 am on the day and the system was up and running by 2pm leaving behind them no mess to clear up.
I would certainly recommend Corey and Southern Smart Energy to anyone.
