Had a power cut at around 8:30am was resolved by 8:35am a power surge has stopped my fridge freezer working. Tried new fuse in the plug, still wont come on. My other electricals are working fine, Wont accept liability or help with a replacement. Now have to source a new fridge freezer out of my own pocket on a Sunday before all my food defrosts. Due to a fault with your supply. Not very happy.

Had a power cut. Received a txt message within 5 minutes and then a voice message. Two further txt messages were send, one to tell me the engineers are on site and the other to tell me the work had been done. Credit where credit’s due. Excellent service

Made my young family homeless!
New connection for an extension cancelled twice. New timeframes are always months away! Home is not safe to live until existing connection is removed and new one replaced! spent thousands on these incompetent connections team. They don't care that we have nowhere to live with vulnerable children!
