Worst company ever. Cut off supply to the care home that I live in whilst laying cables to supply an hotel nearby. 7 hours later, no apology, no information given. Power was restored but in the evening and no one had access to the lift or door entry system. Grocery orders were unable to be delivered.
I complained the following day and the customer service adviser stated, 'well, your freezer should not defrost within 12 hours unless it is faulty, therefore no reason to complain' Does one not have the common sense to note, food once defrosted should not be frozen again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICER EVER
