No phone number and they kept cancelling my order when one item was out of stock instead of allowing me to buy the remaining items. I've made about four orders and each time more items are out of stock so I've received nothing from them as they cancelled all the orders. I've had to source everything from elsewhere as a result. Total waste of my time and terrible customer service.

I went in for some help about some strip lights I’d bought online. The customer experience was absolutely crap. The person who served me was uninterested and said he couldn’t help unless I brought the lights in to find the part that I needed. Came back 10 mins later and was served by someone else with was equally unbothered. There no effort to try and explain things, almost patronisingly. I asked if they sold strip lights and the man proceeded to rudely state he doesn’t sell ones from Amazon and that he makes them himself (no one asked) almost like my Amazon ones were good enough for him.
Overall I don’t recommend. This was my first visit, it wasn’t busy at all. About 4/5 members of staff on hand and not a shred of helpfulness.

I am 77 yrs of age and needed a replacement speaker for my intercom . Sparks were polite professional and dealt with my order promptly it arrived within 48 hrs . I can’t thank them enough and have no hesitation in recommending this company. Mrs P.

Every time I come here I leave happy having gotten what I need even when I don't know what it is I want - the staff are super cheerful and happy to take time to help and understand my requirements.

Very unhelpful sadly. Useful products and mostly reasonable prices, but they are so concerned about their risk and not offering advice that I'd far rather shop elsewhere.

Edit: To respond to their response, I wasn't after electrical advice, joining two boxes together is not complex, purpose even irrelevant. It's a case of finding the right part, and is something that even Screwfix would help with.

Good prices - terrible customer service. Staff will tell you one thing then renege on it. Nobody gives their name - all anonymous - and no one takes responsibility. I would buy from someone else who you can actually develop a good business relationship with.

PS. Further to their reply below, there is no issue with the 30 day policy, it is just different to what the guy said on the phone when he was told the product had been bought 2 months previous and was asked if it was possible to return them and buy some more expensive lights instead! There were also more orders to come!
